מה זה אומר בפועל? האם תקבלו מכשיר חדש אם הנוכחי נשבר? האם טכנאי סיני יטוס אליכם במיוחד?
לא בדיוק. הביטוח הזה לא נותן לכם מכשיר חדש וגם לא מסך חדש, אלא פיצוי כספי במקרה של שבר. אם אתם רוצים לתקן את המסך – זה לבחירתכם ועל אחריותכם בלבד. עם הביטוח פשוט תקבלו עוד קצת כסף חזרה שיעזור לכם עם עלויות התיקון/החלפת המכשיר.
מה גובה הפיצוי? ראו טבלה כאן בהמשך. זה תלוי במחיר המוצר, אך בגדול – פי 3 לערך מעלות הביטוח. מדרגות המחיר מתייסחות למחיר המוצר (אחרי קופונים), לא כולל עלויות משלוח וביטוחים נוספים (כמו ביטוח מכס). אם נתרגם לכמה דוגמאות רלוונטיות ופופלאריות –

כמובן שפיצוי של כ83 ש”ח לערך למכשירים של 1000 ש”ח ומעלה לא מספיקים לתיקון המסך, בוודאי לא בישראל, לכן לרובינו המכריע – אין שום צורך בתוספת הביטוח הזו ומעתה מומלץ לבחור רק בביטוח מכס ולהסיר את הV מביטוח השבר וביטוח המשלוח (שמיותר בתשלום עם פייפאל שכן פייפאל הוא ביטוח משלוח בעצמו – ובחינם).
עם זאת, אם המכשיר מיועד לילדים או שיש לכם כבר רקורד מכובד של מכשירים שבורים כך שאתם יכולים להמר בביטחון גבוה שהמסך לא יחזיק שנה, לקבל 2 דולר על כל דולר ששילמתם לביטוח, זה גם משהו ועדיף מכלום.
במקרה ורכשתם את הביטוח ו(חס וחלילה, אללה ירחמו, שום, בצל, מלח מים)המסך נשבר, פנו לשירות הלקוחות עם מספר ההזמנה ותמונות של המכשיר השבור ומספר הIMEI שלו (המספר הסידורי המיוחד של המכשיר – זמין בהגדרות, על המדבקה שעל המכשיר כשהוא חדש ועל האריזה – בדר”כ מתחת לברקוד).
נחמד לראות בתנאים שמה ששילמתם על הביטוח נכלל גם במקרי פיצוי/החלפה/תיקון וכן שאינו מעלה את מחיר ביטוח המכס.

3.Scope of Service
1)Within the scope of service
During the service period, Banggood will provide a one-time compensation payment if the internal or external screen (excluding the back cover is broken due to accidental fall, collision, crushing, or other event; and the fragmentation area exceeds 1 square centimeter.
2)Outside the scope of service
A.Other malfunction unrelated to a broken screen such as a flashing screen, black screen, liquid leakage caused by product quality problems.
B.Other damage or malfunction of other parts or the whole device (such as back cover, frame, buttons, fingerprint identification keys,camera, motherboard, etc.)
C.The IMEI number of the device in the claim is inconsistent with the IMEI of the ordered product, or it is altered, missing or unable to be displayed on screen .
D.Claims submitted outside of the Service Time.
E. If the product has a previous claim. (A product can only receive one screen service claim)
4.Service Time
Broken Screen Service is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
5.Service Method
We don’t provide a screen repair service, you need to find a local repair shop to fix the screen. The service provides compensation for some of the costs involved.
6.Cost of service and compensation provided
The cost of the service and the compensation payment amount is based according to the sale price of the product.
For example, the price of a mobile phone is $199, and the service price is $6.99. If the screen breaks, we will compensate you $21.01 (Provided the claim meets the scope of service).

7.Information required to make a claim
If the screen is accidentally broken,you need to contact customer service to make a claim. Please provide the following information to customer service, and if the claim meets the scope of service, customer service will credit you the corresponding Payment Amount.
1)Order number.
2)Three photos of the IMEI number and screen damage. (Go to the phones settings and display the IMEI number, then take at least three pictures at different angles showing the damaged screen while it is displaying the IMEI number. If you cannot operate the phone and show the IMEI number, or the damage prevents the IMEI from displaying, you cannot make a claim.)
8.Product Refund/Exchange rules
1)Refund
If no claim has been made and the served product is refunded: the broken screen service also has to be refunded. The broken screen service cannot be refunded separately.
If a claim has been made and the served product is then refunded: the actual refund amount = the product price + the amount of the broken screen service – the amount of the broken screen service that has been paid.
2)Exchange
If your mobile phone has Broken Screen Service, and you want to exchange the mobile phone, the exchange value will be calculated according to the “mobile phone price + broken screen service amount”. If the new item’s value is more than the exchange value you will need to pay the difference, if it is less, we will refund you the difference.
